Terms and Conditions update effective January 1, 2008.

Under liability limitations section of subscriber agreement. Point 2 under termination has been changed to the following:
Citescape, LLC has the right to terminate this agreement without written notice at any time due to the following reasons: (1) Fail to pay the monthly service charge or any other fee required under this subscriber agreement. (2) Fail to comply with any terms or conditions under the subscriber agreement which includes improper or illegal use of the services provided by Citescape, LLC. (3) If Citescape, LLC deems it necessary to terminate the subscriber agreement.

Terms and Conditions update effective June 22, 2008.

Effective Immediatley, Citescape, LLC has instituted the following changes on the terms and conditions page located on the back of all subscriber agreements retroactive.
New subheading under liability for charges incurred: New subheading is charges for missing, damaged or tampered equipment.
Citescape, LLC will hold subscriber responsible for replacement of equipment used to receive Internet and Networking services. This includes damage from fire, flood, weather or other acts that would damage subscriber equipment. Citescape, LLC will require subscriber to pay for or replace damaged equipment at the expense of the subscriber. This equipment will be charged at MSRP.
